The class had an immediate impact on my practice. I feel much more confident in my application of the Walton Pressure Scale, specifically working at a level 2. The “say less” approach to intake, and inviting clients to “say more,” has resulted in more connection as well as more expansive intake interviews, helping to foster the therapeutic relationship while yielding the information I need to work safely and effectively. I also feel more confident in my clinical reasoning and my ability to tease out what modifications need to be made and why. I really appreciate the invitation to begin by showing up authentically and being present with what is.

The class was wonderful. The experience was life changing for me personally. It was every thing I needed in my life right now. I have never felt so supported in any learning situation. This course made a huge impact on me and how I will work with clients, whether they are in treatment currently or have a history or cancer.
